Dumas Floor Covering in Decatur was founded by the current owner’s parents, Grady and Virginia Dumas in 1958, as a ceramic retail store. Our goal in every job is to satisfy the customer, who will in turn become a friend. We take pride in every job we do. We strive to treat each customer as an individual and our own installers do every job (no sub-contractors) so we know each installer we send to your home. Since we opened, we have grown to the business we are today through repeat customers sharing their experience with others and building trust in our team through personalized service. Dumas Floor Covering visits annual markets, and our representatives are continually introducing new material and samples. Our showroom has grown to supply a wide variety of modern flooring supplies that suit any environment and we maintain several samples of all of our products. One of our best installers has 37 years of experience in the industry.
