Alexander's Bait & Tackle is located in the Sebewaing Marina. We started the bait shop in 2006 in Caro. At the time it was in our Garage. In March 2009 we moved Alexander's Bait & Tackle to the Sebewaing Marina and things have never been better for our shop.

Started in a home that was built in the 1900's. It was previously a train station and a girls camp at a different address (across the road). The home was moved to the 6991 Jennings address in 1984 when John Miller was hired to tear it down and couldn't, so he bought it for $1.00. John lost the home with it's acreage in a divorce. His oldest son Casey has always had a dream to open a bait store in this home at this corner because Green Road (intersecting road) is the best ice fishing spot in Missaukee County. In December of 2012, Casey purchased the home from his step mother to open up and start his dream business that will not only help his family thrive, but offer a learning experience for his children as well. We continue to grow day by day because of our services within our area.

Fabulous location, right across the street from Snug Harbor State Park boat launch, fishing dock, hiking trails, and picnic areas on Muskegon Lake. We are also just one short mile from the North Muskegon State Park beach, and boardwalk along the channel. Enjoy a relaxing campfire at our place in the evenings. We are two miles from the Winter Sports Complex, with olympic luge, ice skating rink, hickey rink, ice skating trails through the woods, cross country skiing, and sledding.
