With a degree in languages, I've had the privilege of studying Chinese and immersing myself in the culture, which sparked a deep interest in Eastern philosophy and holistic health practices. ​As an avid practitioner of yoga and a vocal advocate for meditation and relaxation techniques, I believe in promoting physical and mental well-being. Being a mother of four children, I understand the challenges of raising a family in a busy world.
