Lockdown Art was created to aid families of inmates from proceeds derived from Inmate Art sales. Funds are also allocated towards the purchase of Art Supplies to be donated to schools and prisons. With this recession in full swing many art programs are the first to be cut. We want to put art supplies in students hands that they can keep and practice with. If you give it to them they will create! Lockdown Art is a place not just to show Inmate Art but be the place to find Inmate Art and create future artists!
