Gracing the stage since 2006, Malia and the Belly Dancers in Paradise have performed in various productions both locally and nationally. The Belly Dancers in Paradise is a sisterhood of women, young and old coming together to share their passion for belly dance. From all different walks of life, these women vary in age, size, ethnic backgrounds, careers, families, cultures, and life experiences. Some of these women have no dance experience and some have been dancing since they could walk. Our instructional classes will help you learn and perfect dance genres like contemporary, hip hop, ballet, and tumbling. Instructors are available for both semi-private and private sessions. HDS, through Boogie Down Productions, has also developed its own hip hop dance program, Street Jamz Werkout.
