Three friends, Elisabeth Roberts, Cloe Johnson, and Ashley Williams, end up living in a small apartment owned by Elisabeth's rather cranky mom,who can be found sleeping most of the time. Elisabeth Roberts, played by Elisabeth Ross, is... Not the brightest crayon in her favorite crayon box, found by her coloring books on her "special shelf" filled with her interesting "Knick Knacks". Cloe Johnson is played by Cloe Pauley. Johnson is Roberts' best friend. When the Johnsons plan to move, Cloe moves in with the Roberts. Williams moves in due to half her neighborhood burning down in a sudden fire. Mixing these three different, spontaneous personalities causes some funny events to happen.
