DJSD are basketball workouts designed to polish fundamental skills and build confidence in each player. Athletes within the ages of 7-13 years old are welcome to attend. Each workout session will be one hour and consist of: Ball Handling, Shooting, Passing, Defensive and Conditioning Drills. Each session is $30 per athlete.
