We work with a FLO-certified fair trade women's cooperative in Morocco, and our mission is to bring high quality organic Argan oil to the premium US skincare market and to ensure that producers receive not just a fair return, but a real economic return for their work. Argan is known for its anti-aging, moisturizing, skin-brightening, and blemish reducing properties due to its high concentrations of Vitamin E, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids. In addition to the increased income and investment in local communities, Jamela also participates in tree replanting to prevent soil erosion or arable land. We sell through spas and other specialty stores, in bulk for use in spa and salon treatments, online, and wholesale.
