Our owner, Roger Lakin, has been in the landscaping business since 1980. He has owned and operated RAL Lawn and Shrub Care since 1994. RAL Lawn and Shrub care is Licensed and certified by the State of Michigan for the application of Pesticides. Our company and all of our applicators are licensed in accordance with State of Michigan regulations.
