Johnny Schulze is an award winning ACF CCC, Certified Chef De Cuisine, New Orleans trained chef with 20 years of professional experience in Atlanta, Connecticut, Nantucket and now Ohio. Chef Johnny has worked in Northern Italian and Classical French fine-dining restaurants. His menus are eclectic, and his culinary style is both simple and sophisiticated. Having grown up in South Louisiana, he brings his love of seafood to Northeast Ohio via Zydeco Bistro. Zydeco Bistro is open and offering professional chef consulting, formal yet practical training in ServSafe food safety, catering, cooking classes, personal chef, guest restaurant chef and very now mobile restaurant services.
