Opened in 2014, MT Noodles Vietnamese Restaurant was born from a true passion for cooking and a desire to share the authentic taste of Vietnamese food with the people of Minnesota. From My Tho, Vietnam, Anh Bui has been cooking her homemade family recipes for over 30 years. Her true passion for cooking stems from seeing the joy on everyone's faces after eating one of her dishes. Even if you've never met her she will still be the first to ask "Did you eat, yet?" Thanh Do Restaurant serves Pan-Asian cuisine, featuring recipes from China, Vietnam, Thailand and other regions of Asia. Chef and Owner Thom Pham has composed a menu that fuses traditional Asian ingredients with key Minnesota components - creating a flavor profile uniquely its own. The menu features an array of Curries, Noodle Dishes and Stir Frys - and includes classics such as Fried Rice & Sesame Chicken. Thanh Do St. Louis Park is our original location, and celebrates nearly a decade of business. Considered by many to be a gem of both the neighborhood and city - our guests can often be found traveling from out of the area to feed their craving for our famous Egg Rolls or Cranberry Wontons.
