Feltner's Whatta-Burger was first formed back in 1967, when Mr. Bob Feltner saw the potential to thrive in the Russellville area. With a new idea, a new building, and a Whatta sized portion of passion, Mr. Feltner set out to make the best burgers the River Valley had ever seen!
