PYAM does have same day appointments for ill care so we do recommend making an appointment. Dr. Krueger brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to pediatric care, offering a thoughtful and compassionate approach to childhood development and health. She is dedicated to supporting children and families through every stage of growth. Dr. Krueger especially enjoys working with newborns and guiding parents in building healthy habits from the very beginning. Dr. Krueger earned her undergraduate degree from the College of Saint Benedict and completed medical school at Saint Louis University.

Dr. "Dave" has a strong background in pediatrics, providing care for families in Sartell, Minnesota since 2005. He aims to provide personalized care close to home and values partnering with specialized services like behavioral health and occupational and speech therapies, so children receive the comprehensive care they need. Dr. Smith attended the University of Notre dame where he met his wife, Jill. After doing a year of service in Chicago, Dave and Jill moved to Dayton, Ohio where he attended Wright State University School of Medicine. After graduating in 2002, they then moved to Columbus Ohio where he was a pediatric resident at Nationwide Children's Hospital. While in Columbus they were blessed with the addition of their two boys.

Sarah is a dedicated pediatric nurse practitioner with a strong clinical background and a passion for newborn and infant care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the College of Saint Benedict and went on to complete her Master of Science in pediatric primary care at the University of South Alabama. With extensive nursing experience, including time spent in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Sarah brings a deep understanding of newborn health and development. Her specialized training in breastfeeding support and early infancy care has shaped her focus on comprehensive, family-centered pediatric care. She values a close partnership with families to support their children's health from the very beginning.

Hanna is a nurse practitioner who's passionate about supporting children and their families through compassionate, evidence-based care. She believes in listening closely, building trusting relationships, and working collaboratively to ensure care is tailored to each child's needs and the unique goals of the families. Hanna earned her Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO., and completed her undergraduate studies at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. With prior experience in the NICU, Hanna has a special interest in caring for newborns, particularly premature infants, as well as toddlers and school-aged children.

Annelise is a pediatric nurse practitioner who finds great joy in supporting children's growth and partnering with families to promote lifelong health and well-being. Originally from the Twin Cities, she's thrilled to return home to care for the community she grew up in. As a clinician she wants families to feel heard, supported, and empowered in caring for their children. She is continually inspired by the energy, honesty, and resilience of her young patients. Her clinical interests include supporting new moms and babies through breastfeeding, encouraging healthy lifestyles through nutrition, and helping families confidently manage chronic conditions.

Paula Britio, MD, is an experienced, board-certified pediatrician who is dedicated to providing family-centered care. Her longstanding love for children naturally led her into the field of pediatrics. Driven by her personal experiences, Dr. Brito has a special interest in caring for children with complex medical needs, including autism spectrum disorder. She recognizes that families know their children best and believes listening carefully to parents and maintaining open communication allows her to provide personalized and effective care.
