Nurse Practitioner Rebecca Meunier received a B.S in both General Biology and in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. Rebecca received her Master of Science from Louisiana State University Health Science Center, Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She received her Nurse Practitioner certification from American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Western New York native PA Hoy completed Physician Assistant school at the Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, New York in 2009. He was commissioned in the Air Force and received his Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska in 2012. He was stationed at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Family Practice Clinic and Malmstrom Air Force Base Personnel Reliability and Assurance Program before joining the Tucson Arizona Air National Guard.

Dr. Han is fellowship-trained in urologic cancers with a focus on prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular cancers. In addition to urologic cancer, his areas of specialty include kidney stone disease and prostate conditions. Dr. Han's work has been extensively published including over 40 scientific papers and over 10 national research presentations. His paper on Cryosurgery for the treatment of organ-confined prostate cancer with third-generation cryosurgery, preliminary multi-center experience, was the first paper in the world on the use of the technology in humans.

Dr. Grinnan specializes in urologic conditions including overactive bladder, enlarged prostate/BPH, vasectomy, erectile dysfunction, as well as bladder cancer. His clinical interests also include a variety of urologic surgical techniques and procedures such as endoscopic and percutaneous kidney stone surgery, robotic nerve-sparing radical prostatectomy, and robotic and laparoscopic kidney surgery. PA Marchetti is originally from Fort Madison, Iowa, where she joined the Air Force in 1995. While active duty, she was selected for the Interservice Physician Assistant Program and completed both her Bachelor of Science and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies through University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009. She was stationed at a variety of stateside and overseas bases while in the Air Force before transferring to the Arizona Air National Guard in 2014. She recently retired from the military and joined the Arizona Urology Specialists' team of urology professionals.

Ms. Lucia is originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She completed her degree in Physician Assistant Science from Kettering College in Kettering, Ohio in 1999. PA Lucia is board certified and is a member of the American Urological Association and the Urological Association of Physician Assistants. She has privileges at Northwest Hospital. PA Lucia is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Dr. Kalinowski specializes in minimally invasive surgery including laparoscopy and robotic surgery, as well as urologic oncology, stone surgery, and female urology. He also focuses on treating men with BPH/enlarged prostate including treatment with UroLift and Rezm therapies, minimally invasive surgery and medical management of kidney stone, male and female sexual health, prostate cancer as well as urinary incontinence. Dr. McDowell received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and graduated Summa Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University in 2008. Dr. Patel received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York and completed his surgery and urology training at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
