Dr. Luzader attended West Liberty University in West Virginia for three years prior to early admittance into West Virginia University Dental School, where he earned his dental degree in 1983. After joining the United States Army, he practiced for nine years as a general dentist. Dr. Luzader received his advanced training in endodontics through the United States Army Advanced Education Program at Fort Gordon, Georgia, with academics at the Medical College of Georgia.

Dr. Menhinick is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, and Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. She completed a general practice residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center and received her specialty Certificate in Endodontics and Master of Science Degree from Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry. Member of the District of Columbia Dental Society, Southern Maryland Dental Society, Maryland State Dental Association, American Dental Association and Specialist Member of the American Association of Endodontists and Canadian Academy of Endodontics. Dr. Menhinick is the current president of the Washington Dental Science Club and treasurer of the Greater Washington Academy of Women Dentists. Dr. Valerie Okehie completed her undergraduate training at University of Maryland College Park where she obtained her bachelor's degree in Physiology and Neurobiology in 2005. Upon graduation, she enrolled in dental school at University of Maryland Baltimore and obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2009. Dr. Okehie completed a one-year General Practice residency at Montefiore Medical Center Bronx, NY in 2010 and then returned to Maryland where she practiced General Dentistry for the next few years. In 2015, she completed a three-year endodontic specialty residency program and successfully defended her thesis, obtaining her certificate in endodontics and a Master of Science degree from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Okehie is a Board Certified Endodontist, a distinction that is awarded to less than twenty percent of current endodontic specialists in the United States.
