Dr. Johnson started his practice in 1990, located in Layton, Utah. He then opened a second office a year later in Centerville, Utah. He treats all aspects of endodontics, including root canal treatment, re-treatment, and microsurgical treatment of failing root canals, using all of the advanced technology available. r. Thomas VanDenBerghe received his Bachelor of Arts in medical biology from the University of Utah in 1988, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. He completed his residency with the Air Force Hospital at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. He received his Certificate of Specialization in Endodontics from the University of Nebraska in 1997, and after which he opened his practice, Southtowne Endodontics. His twin brother, John, joined him in 1998.

Dr. Dinsbach has had a wide range of experiences in his career. He graduated at the top of his dental school class at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2004. He then served as a dentist on active duty in the US Air Force. During this time, he completed an AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency at Travis Air Force Base. After an honorable discharge, he returned to Loma Linda University School of Dentistry to teach clinical dentistry full time and practice in the Faculty Dental Group. During his time as an educator at Loma Linda University, he attained Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, demonstrating a passion for life-long learning and improvement in providing dental care. After teaching for 5 years, he decided to specialize in the field of endodontics. He was accepted into the prestigious program at Loma Linda University.

Dr. Bruce Kochevar and Dr. Jeff Kochevar have been servicing the Salt Lake Community with over 30 years of combined experience. In July 2008 we permanently moved to our beautiful, brand new South Jordan office. Kochevar Endodontics is staffed with 8 fun, hard working employees who truly love their jobs and are very knowledgeable about what they do.
