Dr. Frank is a veteran of the United States Air Force having served for twenty-one years. He has lived in Las Vegas since 1996.
After receiving his doctorate (DDS) from the University of the Pacific in 1979, Dr. Frank practiced general dentistry for eight years. In the late 1980's he entered training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) at Wilford Hall Medical Center. Dr. Frank has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of OMS.
