Chiropractic care is used in the treatment of many disorders caused by musculoskeletal problems involving joints in the body particularly the spine. Motion restrictions can occur in the spine or any moveable joint in the body and this can lead to improper motion and eventually pain syndromes, numbness/tingling, stiffness, arthritis, and any number of diseases. Chiropractic treatment primarily uses joint manipulation to free restrictions, restoring motion thereby relieving pain or associated dysfunction or symptoms.

Dr. Michael Pridham is a chiropractic physician. He started Equilibrium Chiropractic in 2010 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Pridham uses traditional chiropractic adjustments in combination with manual therapy, exercise, nutrition, and meridian therapy. He began his career with New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in 1998 and becoming a licensed massage therapist in 1999. He attended college at TVI and UNM in Albuquerque. He attended Logan College of Chiropractic outside of St. Louis, Missouri. He has taken post graduate classes in Acupuncture. He has completed his classes and training for his Advanced Practice Certification through National University of Health Sciences. Dr. Pridham utiilzes the best evidence in his clinical decision making. He is accepting new patients.

In 2010, I graduated from the University of New Mexico and then moved to Davenport, Iowa where I pursued chiropractic at Palmer College. I never thought I would return to NM, but after one winter in Iowa, I couldn't wait to return to this beautiful state! My husband and I enjoy anything outdoors! From mountain biking and hiking to rock climbing and rafting. If it's outdoors and our dogs can come along for the ride, we will be there! My passion is chiropractic becaused it saved me from a lifetime of pain, medications, and migraines. Now I have become a Doctor of Chiropractic to change your life as well!
