Our mission at Hand&Physical Therapy Specialists is to provide quality, personalized occupational and physical therapy services that empowers and enables each patient to get back to doing those activities that are important to them. COTF collaborates with a variety of not for profit partners to extend the benefits of occupational therapy services to those in local, professional and international communities who otherwise would not have access to those services. In just three years it has provided consultations and services to two schools in la Limonada, the largest ghetto community in Central America (Guatemala City, Guatemala), brought staff here to the US for training, hosted its first free half day conference for home school parents, given scholarships to financially needy children to participate in summer programs not covered by health insurance, and rennovated a families long time home to accomodate it to meet the families needs after three members became challendged with Ehlers-Danos Syndrome.

Also is a site for our Therapeutic Early Childhood Program for children with autism. The Center specialists provide home based & in-clinic occupational & speech-language therapy, ABA & Floortime DIR methods, social skills training & mealtime management interventions, merging methods & services in one setting. Experienced & passionate therapists provide thorough evaluations & interventions for children on the autism spectrum, children with communication, attention, social skills & listening disruptions & for children struggling with developing gross motor & hand function skills. Therapists collaborate with parents & all involved specialists & also provide parent coaching to insure integration of home-based, school & in-clinic goals.

COTS is a small, quiet clinic located in Galena, Ohio. We focus on treatment of children with disabilities ages birth through 18. Our primary focus is assisting children with developing skills they need to be successful at home, school, and out in the community. We provide groups and individual treatment in a home-like setting. A therapist-owned, community-based, private practice of pediatric occupational therapy EMPLOYING more than 30 occupational therapists who deliver evaluation (including the SIPT) and assessment, intervention and treatment, consultation and in-service training at four convenient practice locations in Anderson, Blue Ash, Fairfield and Newtown, as well as in public, private and charter schools; and virtual classrooms. COTI operates Camp OdakOTa (a Sioux word meaning, "friend") each summer offering children with Sensory Processing challenges the same day camping experience as neurotypical peers.
