Chris identifies the requirements for caring of patients by establishing an environment to provide the emotional and psychological support to them. She regularly monitors and records the changes in the symptoms of patients and then reports about their condition. She consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess and implement the patient care plans. She also monitors all the aspects of their care, including diet and physical activities.
