Welcome to Wize Owlz Learning! My name is Alecia and I am a licensed educational psychologist with over 12 years of professional experience based in Aliso Viejo, CA. I founded Wize Owlz to help families identify, advocate for, and overcome any learning challenges that their child may face. My professional background helps bridge the gap between understanding the academic and the medical sides of learning and behavioral issues, as schools can only do so much.

Applied Performing Arts Psychology stresses direct, real-world application of psychological research findings to the performing arts to strengthen, compliment, and improve the artistic venue. For those who are currently in the arts, Applied Performing Arts Psychology is primarily concerned with the emotional health of those in the arts. We are committed to researching, developing and disseminating information that will aid in solving emotional problems in the arts, such as depression, anxiety, chronic pain and other problems. The rates of these and other emotional problems are significantly higher than people not in the arts. We are committed to our mission and will do everything in our power to make it happen.
