In our business we take personal care of our residents in our home, and as a couple we live there as well, we make sure that our resident are safe, clean, and in good company; we have discussions about their concerns and we make sure that our resident keeps all their doctor's appointment and that we make sure the eat properly, and bath, and we observe our residents behavior to make sure they are not sick or in pain.
