InnerSource Wellness Center is nestled amongst the natural beauty of Pike Creek Valley. Backing up to 300 acres of County Parkland, IWC stands atop one of the highest points in the valley and possesses the comfort of a natural energy flow, which benefits all aspects of health and wellness.
Our Center itself is equipped with bodywork rooms for Massage, Reiki and Myofascial Release therapies; a private space for life coaching/consulting; ample space for Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga classes; and the capacity for workshops, meditation and special events.
The grounds contain beautiful native gardens supported by ponds and various other water features, which can be used by our clients to relax and appreciate the undemanding beauty of nature.
