I have served the Hampton Roads area as a birth doula since 2006, and am certified through Doulas of North America (DONA) and Mercy in action as a birth doula, and as a childbirth educator via Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA). Additionally, I have extensive training (over 80 continuing education credits) in the area of lactation; It is a passion of mine, and I believe you can do it! As the mother of eight beautiful breastfeed people, I rely not only on my training, but my personal experience, as well. I have full acess to all bases, and offer a military discount to active, retired, and veteran families.
