I am a birth doula, providing professional labor support to birthing families throughout King and North Snohomish Counties in Washington state. Birth doulas provide physical, emotional, and informational support. I join a family in labor either at their home or birthing location, whenever they are ready for a little extra help. I provide continuous support throughout the labor and delivery, and stay with the new family for one to two hours after the baby is born to ensure that the family is doing well. I work at all hospitals, birth centers, and also attend home births.
