I was faced with a situation where I needed to know CPR but did not have the skills. I felt helpless and hopeless waiting on EMS to arrive. I decided to sign up to become CPR certified that night. I was nervous thinking the class would be hard and I would not be able to pass. Boy was I wrong. Learning CPR was surprisingly easy and the class was interesting and fun. After taking the class, I decided I wanted to teach others that CPR was not hard to learn and can be fun to learn. I am starting classes in the Jefferson City area and soon hope to expand to the surrounding areas, like Columbia, MO. The mission of Ready Train Go is to provide superior training throughout the community to educate individuals in a variety of topics including but not limited to life saving techniques such as CPR, AED operation and use, and First Aid in a way that will help them be prepared for whatever situation faced on the job, at home or in between.
In January of 2021, Ready Train Go opened up its first Training Center in the Mid Rivers Mall in St. Peters, MO. At this location, they host several different levels of CPR and First Aid classes ranging from Babysitter's Training to CPR Instructor certification. They also host caregiver classes that include Level One Medication Aide Training and Mandt Certification.
