Once you become a patient, you have dedicated access to your Elite Health Team — physician, nutrition/exercise counselor and your Patient Service Coordinator. Based on your hormone deficiencies and health evaluation, we will design an individualized Elite Heath Protocol tailored to achieve your goals as quickly and aggressively as possible. Our experts evaluate, track and refine your personalized Elite Health Program on a regular basis to ensure progress, monitor results and modify protocols and regimens to deliver continual growth and healthy aging success. On a regular basis, your team will track your progress, schedule regular check-ups and adjust your personalized Elite Health Protocol. Additionally, you will have access, throughout your protocol, to our expert medical staff, service team and extensive resources—including in-person, phone and audio/visual contact with your Elite Health Team to answer questions and discuss progress.
