Shut-out Shutters has been in business for over eight years now, we operate under Dave's Enterprises, LLC which has been in business for over 20 years. We have our own shop where we build, and will ship to anywhere in the United States. Shut-Out Shutters is owned by David Mason, and Carol Mason. David Mason has lived in Island Park for just over 20 years . Island Park is located next to Yellowstone Nation Park. We have sold and installed our shutters in Alaska, Nevada and Utah.
