James Shankle is the managing member of JWS Custom Decks LLC and has over 25 years experience in construction in NH. He was a foreman for a framing company when he decided to form his own company. James owned JWS Custom Decks until December of 2019, when the company became JWS Custom Decks LLC. What he felt was missing in big construction companies was customer service and pride in workmanship. He was determined to make sure that the clients he serves get both. Whether a small project or a large one, he is there to answer any questions that a client may have. He treats every client with respect and tries to be as helpful as possible. Which is why our customers are our best advertising. Making the finished project look like a magazine cover is the ultimate goal, and because we only take on one project at a time, you are never left thinking, "Where did my contractor go?"
