I started in Seattle area in early 1980's marketing roofing, siding, windows, insulation and light remodeling services for local contractors... doing some of the work myself, or as on site project manager. I added automotive refinishing in the mid 90's and moved my business to Sandpoint, ID and served the auto dealerships for nearly 15 years, refinishing and repairing leather, vinyl, velour fabric, paint touch up, paintless dent repair, and much more.. Around 2002 I added the fiberglass, porcelain refinishing services through Kott Koating Inc, out of Irvine , CA, to my expertise and provide that service still today, I let go of most of the automotive services around 2008, but still do some leather and vinyl repairs occasionally for local folks. . We've since added the resin based floor coatings, also a product of Kott Koatings Inc., that have many applications, even beyond floors... this could apply to boat interiors as well. We now offer these specialty contracting services in the Greater Inland NW... that's E WA, N ID and W MT. That's the "Inland Empire" to you old hats... I've done large remodel projects, including, interior and exterior painting, dry rot removal and rebuilding in walls, ceilings, roofs, floors and more... remove and install new windows, enlarge openings, install headers, sheet rock, etc.. I've done roofing & siding as well. Many of these services I prefer to sub-out, some times necessary by licensing and local statutes. What I don't do is electrical and plumbing! I have a degree in Landscape design and horticulture and have done extensive lawn and yard work... though not much of it outside my own home. I managed the landscape division of Ritter's Nursery in Spokane back in the late 70's ... many of those jobs are looking today as I pictured, drew out, and installed some 40 years ago.... wow! I work with effectiveness and efficiency, not so much speed... the job will be done right!
