First we have a sale from 1 to 5 days trying to get as much a possible the reusable building materials into the consumers hands to be used right away. After the sale, we than come in and strip out all the metals from the home; cast iron, copper, steel, aluminium, brass and so on. During the time the home is being stripped of the metals, we continue to sell items in the home in what we call the "After the sale sale". Than after the stripping of the house and what doesn't sell from the "After the sale sale" we remove any other good building materials. The owner of record is compensated on all 3 phases. We also show all our potential client how they may be entitled to IRS tax credit. We do any size home. A lot of our clients say "I really don't think there is anything there worth while, but you can come and look." after the sale they are shock at what sold. That's were the marketing comes in. We do our marketing thur the internet and our very large data base that grows with an average of 11 people per day joining our data base.
