Blackwood Consulting is an integrated consulting firm and watchdog organization providing hospital and prison inspection and closure needs, HUD remediation, and disability- and victims' rights enforcement at all levels of government. We actively lobby the U.S. Congress regarding abusive medical practices conducted by corrupt physicians and their attorneys and are unilaterally opposed to the existence, construction, and maintenance of locked-ward psychiatric facilities.
