At the present time, Manconix is now resided in a building of 51,000 sqft industrial space for its operations in the Southwest area in Houston, Texas. Even with the downturn of the economy in 2009, we successfully started up a facility of 32,000 sqft in Reynosa, Mexico for logistics and marketing purposes as well as labor cost reduction.
