Over the years, Stonite has engaged in the manufacturing of a full range of electrical coils, including massive water-cooled focusing coils used in the Princeton University PPPL Fusion Confinement Experiments, to small bobbin wound coils with hair thin wire. Currently Stonite is a major US supplier of coils for solenoid valves, actuators, inductors and vibrator drives. Coils ranging from 1000 pounds down to a few ounces are routinely manufactured to our customers??? requirements. Additionally, Stonite develops and manufactures the latest MIGI type Rappers used in the Precipitator, Air Pollution Control industry today.
