Stamping machines can produce components from flat strip, round wire and shaped wire materials. We also design, fabricate, and qualify all of our tooling in-house, which means our fourslide produced stampings are manufactured to customer specifications. Compression springs and magazine springs are available in single units or quantities in the millions; from wire diameters of .006" to .250" (.1524 to 6.35 mm); and crafted from everything from brass to high temperature alloys to music wire, with an equally expansive variety of coatings to choose from. Wire forms by Springfield Spring are manufactured using CNC machinery. We are able to work with wire diameters ranging from .010" to .187" (.254 to 4.749 mm) or, for flat wire, can easily handle widths of up to .080" (2.032 mm). Select from
