FOPAT is an innovative material designed to help make accurate patterns for investment casting. FOPAT makes it possible to manufacturer metal parts that are often difficult, costly, and impossible to cast using standard methods. FOPAT patterns provide dimensional accuracy and lost wax casting stability to produce high quality castings with smooth surface finish. This unique innovative material is approximately 1/8th the density of wax, rigid, lightweight, easy to ship, easy to handle, easy to assemble, and easy to process without the need for autoclave.
