I have a current Commercial Building Inspector Certification from International Code Council, and licensed as a builder since 1996. My experience is with commercial and residential improvements.
Experience comes from being in the field as a licensed builder and a City of Los Angeles inspector. My jobs have involved fire life safety, grading, foundations, and structural framing. I worked closely with plumbing, electrical, elevator, and fire inspectors. Certification is very important tool to verify code/building experience because the inspection and contractors exams are very tough.
