In 1986, RD Rubber Technology was founded on the principles of an intense commitment to our customers, suppliers and employees and an attention to quality that is second to none. This is what set us apart at the time and continues to be our mission to this day. Our engineering team began by seeing a need that wasn’t being met, to take its customers from initial short runs and increase them into high-volume production runs while maintaining the highest quality standards and customer service. Within short order, we brought in customers like the DOE (Department of Energy), who, because of our unique approach are still doing business with us today.
