The course is 12 weeks long, not just a one or two day seminar, because we know it takes time to develop good habits and overcome obstacles in life. Continuous positive reinforcement in life is a key factor in accomplishing great things.

We invite women of the Wasatch Front to come to one of our three ABC chapters, Layton ABC meets at 11:30-1pm on the 2nd Thursday of each month at the Legacy Village in Layton. Salt Lake ABC meets the following Monday also 11:30-1pm at 970 E. 3300 South, Suite 2B (our old office). Herriman ABC meets at 10-11:30am on the 3rd Thursday at the Club President's home in Herriman. The second session looks at what stops you from living that purpose daily.
