Boise Rescue Mission exists to serve and care for homeless individuals and families, and ultimately to help them achieve independence and security. Through job training, education classes, medical care, counseling, and drug addiction recovery help, we seek to give people the tools they need to find secure, ongoing employment and housing. We do this because we love Jesus, and He loves people.

The River of Life Rescue Mission in downtown Boise is BRMMsâ center of services to the homeless men of Boise, as well as the home of the New Life Program for Men in Boise. The building was purchased from the City of Boise in early 2007, and has taken the place of the old Mission building on Front Street in offering shelter, meals, clothing and chapel services. The third floor of the River also is available as transitional housing to men who have completed the New Life Program or the Accountability Program.
