Solutions 4 Stress provides instructional skill coaching courses for teenagers who experience elevated levels of stress. Stress can be caused by many factors including social anxiety, executive dysfunction, academic expectations, overbooked schedules, need for perfection, a culture of distraction, and highly competitive environments. We have been serving the needs of adolescents through social/pragmatic language groups for the past 10 years. During this time, we have seen a tremendous rise in the amount of stress that all students are facing. We love working with teenagers in middle school through college, and we see the positive difference in their lives when they are able to manage the stress that comes with living in this fast-paced world.
