Non-Profit Organization - Decisions Or Destiny Ministries is a charitable 501 (c) 3 organization providing assistance and counseling to single parents, victims of domestic violence, disadvantaged youth at risk for significant loss of social, educational or economical opportunities; child abuse and neglect. Our goal is to restore them to their communities as physically and Spiritually sound individuals ready to make change happen for themselves and those around them. DODM was founded June, 2000 in Atlanta, GA and relocated to Richmond, VA in 2001.

The Cyber Security Center of Excellence is an interdisciplinary environment in which government (federal & local gov., including defense, intelligence, and criminal justice), academia, and corporate entities (finance, Intellectual property, manufacturing, infrastructure, and commerce) collaborate to identify, solve, and transfer to the workforce essential innovation and training that improves the capacity of the entire cyber ecosystem to protect and respond to current and emerging cyber threats. The Cyber Security Center of Excellence envisions a level of collaboration that is unique and extends beyond the norm in government contracting to bring together the right combinations of talent and passion to respond quickly and strategically to the cyber threats that now face our entire social order. It is holistic both in its approach and the membership that participate who hail from all the sectors affected.
