Mission Statement: To provide training in basic construction skills to at-risk individuals residing within Black Hawk County in order to help them become positive, contributing members of society, while renovating and revitalizing areas within the community that are suffering from economic blight. Our goal is to be out in the community helping those who are having troubles obtaining work. With the on the job training part paid it should help them focus on training. Then also offering free courses in personal finance and resume workshops should help them continue to be successful.
