Technical Arts Center is an HVAC training center based out of Houston, TX. We provide several programs including not only certification to become an air conditioner specialist but a heating, electrical, and troubleshooting specialist as well. Our training center is located in Harris County TX but our service extends nationally, accepting students locally and out-of-state.
