The Youth Engagement and Leadership Development Facilitator Training is an On-Line Certification. This training uses an innovative ‘inside-out’ self- discovery and development process. The approach is designed to provide a firm foundation that prepares young people in the areas of academic achievement, career and workforce development, preparation for life-long learning. The course focuses on critical components that promote personal growth, self- leadership, healthy behaviors, and skills employers identify as essential.
