We promote community engagement, activism, and direct action in Las Vegas and beyond. We educate and promote discussion about systematic oppression, including racism, sexism, capitalism, imperialism, classism, ableism, and sizeism. We encourage the Clark County community to consider the ways in which privilege affects their day-to-day lives and to take action against oppression in all forms. Our mission is to develop young men and woman of color with active and creative minds, a sense of understanding and compassion for others, and the courage to act on their beliefs. We stress the total development of each child's spiritual, moral, intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth. We recognizes that each child is an individual that deserve success. Therefore, We respects the individual needs of children by helping foster a creative environment, and emphasizes on the social, emotional, physical, intellectual development of each child in CCSD
