The purpose of the Mat-Su Vets Inc. non profit is to unite Veterans as a group to honor and perpetuate those veterans who have not returned or who have made the ultimate sacrifice. All members of the Mat-Su Vets Inc. have served honorably or are still actively serving, in country or abroad, and come from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. Our goal is to provide a positive social atmosphere for members and to remind the American public of the sacrifice the American service members and their family members make by participating in, organizing and conducting various patriotic and remembrance events. Further, the Mat-Su Vets Inc. will seek out and help Veterans and/or family members of the veteran community who are underprivileged, distressed, or in general need of financial assistance,
