We are a member based, non-profit rowing club on the west shore of Vancouver Lake. We row year round and have numerous programs for people of all ages. This is a great non-impact sport that is wonderful exercise any age group. In the summer we offer a kids boating camp, middle school rowing program, high school and college rowing. Adult programs run year round, as well as the high school team. We have a middle school team in the fall and spring. There are numerous regattas in the Northwest that we attend throughout the year. We have a beautiful 2200 acre lake to row on with views of Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Baker and Mt. Hood on most days. The wildlife abounds in the area. Come on down and look around. We would love to have you join us on the water.

Basketball training that focuses on teaching players the fundamentals of shooting and ball handling that will measurably enhance their skill set and game play. Many people that play the game spend countless hours practicing with very little guidance and instruction only to attain minimal results. Simply being a hard worker and being determined is not enough in this day in age with the athleticism of the game being at its highest level ever.
Jeff Harris Basketball is designed to give players the training edge. We place our attention on giving players the tools needed to perform at maximum capacity and reap the benefits of "Deliberate Practice".

Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, the historic Washington Athletic Club offers five floors of world-class amenities. Members of Seattle’s original athletic club enjoy access to over 50 fitness classes, including Pilates, yoga, and HIIT, women’s and coed workout areas, personal training, and an indoor pool. Of course, as Seattle’s original athletic club, WAC Seattle WA also offers a full-size basketball gym, pickleball, squash, and racquetball. Complementing our athletic offerings are wellness programs, nails and massage services, three restaurants and a 10-story boutique hotel, the Inn at the WAC Hotel Seattle. And as a downtown Seattle social club, our 200-plus annual events and dozens of affinity groups set the city standard.
