I raise Birmingham Roller Pigeons and Racing Homer Pigeons as a hobby but I do compete locally , nationally and worldwide with My Birmingham Roller Pigeons as well as attend and enter birds into an occasional show ...... The Reason I posted this up is due to the fact I lost 18 Birmingham Roller Pigeons recently to what We in the sport call an overfly , I put them up when it was clear out - they went up pretty high the clouds came in and they were above the clouds and got lost - 1 was in Rush City , Minnesota which is just over an Hour North of My location - I recovered that bird and put up lost posters in the nearby areas - all birds have bands on their legs - My personal bands are either silver or an orange gold color and they say " Old Skool Lofts " club bands on opposite legs
