"Our mission is dedicated to empowering young black girls through aviation education. We offer introduction and initiatives designed to inspire and equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue careers in aviation. Through Discovery Flights, indivisual programs, and one on one Black Female mentorship. We aim to break gender barriers and foster confidence, leadership, and critical thinking skills. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where young black girls can explore the exciting world of aviation, develop a passion for flight, and ultimately make a lasting impact on the industry and create generation of aviatrix."
